using General settings you can set “Mark as seen status” to mark as seen Facebook page’s notifications. With “Chat with human email” option you can enter an email to receive notifications whenever your bot couldn’t find a match reply message to respond users. “Reply if no match found” setting will trier a predefined reply message to let the user know that bot couldn’t find any match content for their keyword ( you can configure that predefined message via Action button settings.
On MailChimp Integration option you can choose MailChimp lists and send your collected emails from Quick Reply and Bots to those specific MailChimp lists.
