Hello, in this video, I am going to show you how to navigate the Dashboard of your HeroBot account.

First, you must log in with the option you used to create your account, either your Google account, Facebook account, or your email address. Once inside, you have access to the most relevant metrics of your campaigns. Let’s go over them one by one. At the top, we have the report of the number of subscribers in the current month, in the last 7 days and the interactions with the Bot in the last 24 hours.

If we want to see the report for some other month, we have to select it. In the Male vs. female subscribers chart, we have a daily report of the new subscribers displaying how many Males and females we get from our campaigns. In the Subscriber’s data section, we can see the number of emails, Phone Numbers, and Birth-dates that we have collected with the “Quick Reply” Button in the sequences.

You can see the numbers in 4 time frames: Today, Last 7 Days, This Month, and This Year. Below is the Latest Subscribers section. It displays the most recent subscribers with relevant information such as Picture, Name, the facebook page it’s coming from, how long ago the subscription took place, and a shortcut button that takes us to the actual conversation in messenger with the Subscriber.

Next to the Latest Subscribers section is the Subscribers From different Sources report. There are 6 significant Sources, or as we like to call them, Entry Points where a person can start a conversation with our Bot; they may be Inside or outside Facebook. Checkbox Plugin, Sent to Messenger Plugin, Customer Chat Plugin, and M.me Links, are Messenger engagement Tools we can embed in places outside Facebook.

We go in more detail about these Entry Points in the Messenger Bot Tutorial Videos. Lastly, we have The Direct From Facebook and The Comment Private Reply reports, which are entry points inside Facebook that we use to generate leads automatically. With this report, we can breakdown the sources and see which ones are performing better and make more intelligent decisions in our strategies.

At the bottom of the Dashboard, we find a real-time report of the last comments HeroBot had replied, showing the Person, the time, the comment ID, and the actual comment the person did in the post and giving us a good idea of the nature of the engagement out of our campaigns. HeroBot has a broadcasting tool that creates bulk messages campaigns that you can blast to your audience, and here we can see the upcoming campaigns and the completed campaigns as well. And finally, with the Facebook poster tool, you can schedule all your Facebook posts from HeroBot.

Here we have the upcoming and completed post campaigns. With the Dashboard of your HeroBot account, you have total control and access to the most relevant information of your campaigns. In the next videos, I will guide you step by step on how to use each tool to create highly effective strategies that convert.
